Gujarat vendor inspired by Jio offers unlimited pani puri for Rs 100

Reliance introducing the Jio 4G plan has certainly turned out to be a game changer in the mobile network business but looks like it has inspired another business too with its unlimited plan. A chaatwalla in Gujarat decided that he needed to make more money and so he came out with a brilliant scheme and it is working many wonders for him.

According to a media report, Porbandar-based pani puri vendor Ravi Jagdamba took a leaf out of Ambani’s Jio plan and introduced two schemes to the people eating at his stall. Feeding on the love Indians have for chaat, he started the Rs 100 per day plan where people could eat unlimited pani puri and another monthly plan for Rs 1,000.

Interestingly, the new plan has worked for him and is said to be working wonders for his business. Who would have thought a tariff scheme could actually be used in the food business and work well too.
