LG V30 render video shows up online, design tipped

LG has just unveiled its Q-series of mid-range smartphones , with three handsets having 'FullVision' displays like the company's flagship smartphone - G6.

But that's not all. The company has been rumoured to be working on a new phablet - V30 - for quite a while. And even though no details have been officially revealed about the device, a new leak highlighting its design has popped up online.
According to a YouTube video posted by popular tipster OnLeaks, the V30 is shown as having an extended 'FullVision' display, similar to that of the G6. It also showcases the CAD design of the smartphone, highlighting the USB Type-C port and speakers placed at the bottom. The SIM tray and the 3.5mm audio jack are on the right and top respectively, while the left has the volume rocker.
A dual rear camera setup is visible on the back, along with a fingerprint sensor below it. The antenna lines are also present on the top and the sides.

One of the prominent changes visible in the video is that V30 comes with a single display, instead of the dual display (with a secondary ticker screen) that its predecessors have. For those unaware, the ticker display on the V10 and V20 can be used to view notifications, set shortcuts for quick actions and more.

This is in line with previous claims made on XDA Developers website. It was earlier reported that even though LG V30 won't have a secondary display , a small section of its touchscreen could still include the dual-display's functionality.
Some of the more definitive specifications of the upcoming V30 could be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
